In Mommy, Wheres Daddy? (published by AuthorHouse), author Josette Nicolas new childrens book, readers follow a troubled child through his life, starting in preschool and extending into adulthood.

Mommy, Wheres Daddy? is about a childs erratic behavior when his mother tells him that he doesnt have a father. Unfortunately, his tantrums only stop when he and his younger brother end up in juvenile detention, where their mother must bail them out. Learning from their past mistakes, and looking forward to a brighter future, the brothers go back to school, turn their lives around and then become successful adults.

An excerpt from Mommy, Wheres Daddy?:

Joseph and Sam grew tall and big. They would usually recover from often being in trouble with the law. The last trouble was when Sam fought two of his friends, John and Romeo, with a kitchen chair. Sam was arrested and charged for battery. Joseph attacked two more friends, Chan and Steve, who accused him of stealing their money. He was also picked up by a policeman. In the midst of despair and confusion, Sam called his mother to come to his rescue and informed her that Joseph was also incarcerated.

Nicolas believes her book will expose readers to the state of many classrooms today. My book is different than other book because, we often talk about the crimes, without knowing what the causes are and when the resentment takes place, she explains. Its a nightmare to witness a child of two and half years, three, four and five years old destructive behavior in a classroom.
